N.D.Tiwari is proved to be the Biological father of Rohit Shekhar

Veteran Congress Leader N.D.Tiwari is proved finally to be the biological father of 33 year old Rohit Shekhar as per DNA test conducted as directed by HC order. This case which has been dragging for the past 5 years has finally come out with a judgement that proved N.D.Tiwari as the biological father of Rohit Shekhar as claimed by Rohit Shekhar.

In september 13, 2007, Rohit Shekhar filed a case against the veteran congress leader N.D.Tiwari saying that he is his biological father. But N.D.Tiwari has been refusing this all along. Tiwari even succeeded initially in dismissal of Shekhar's case. But the steadfastness of Shekhar has finally won the judgement in his favour on July 27, 2012 when the HC opens the DNA test reports and says that N.D.Tiwari is the biological father of Rohit Shekhar. It is worth recollecting that N.D.Tiwari has made several attempts to avoid taking blood samples from him against the HC order. Even after giving his blood, he took all possible attempts to discourage the court to reveal the blood test report.
