Ace Director Shankar has already kick-started the shoot for his next project I with Vikram and Amy Jackson playing the lead. The movie is produced by Aascar Ravichandran and A.R.Rahman scores the music. The movie has Suresh Gopi, Ram Kumar and Santhanam playing important roles. But the latest buzz is Shankar has been trying to rope in Deepika Padukone for the second female lead for the movie.
Deepika Padukone is busy with her bollywood commitments and her first kollywood venture with the Southern Superstar Rajinikanth in the 3D action movie, Kochadaiyan. So let's wait to see if the busy bee Deepika Padukone spares her date for Shankar's mega budget I to play the second female lead which seems to appear only in the second half of the movie.
